Quality Auditing

In addition to bespoke barista training, we offer regular coffee inspections, where we check multiple parameters of your coffee to ensure consistent high quality. These regular checks reduce the cost of engineer calls if it’s a minor issue that we can fix.

Auditing can be done as often as needed with the aim of fixing any minor issues while on site. We can show you how to troubleshoot smaller problems. This is a free of charge service to all our wholesale customers as we understand the importance of knowing how to properly work with, and care for your equipment.
