His love of coffee started at a young age, growing up in Mexico drinking traditional ‘cafesito’ and sweet bread every evening with his family. He decided he loved food and drink and ventured into studying culinary arts at university. This eventually led him to work for one of the world’s leading Italian coffee companies, acquiring a wealth of knowledge over ten years, from coffee training, and coffee equipment, to creating the perfect latte. After almost two decades of being immersed in coffee, Rafael was ready to use his knowledge to create his own brand.
