Caffeine Project’s decaffeinated coffee is made using beans sourced from Mexico, creating a flavoursome, medium roast. Our coffee can be enjoyed through different brewing methods, but always keeping its integral flavour.
We use Mexican Mountain Water Process for our decaf coffee, using only spring water to remove the caffeine from the bean. No chemicals are used in this process allowing the water to be used again for irrigation.
